Registration MUST include:

  • Online Application which includes: Medical History, copies of medical insurance (front and back), Photo ID, etc.)

  • Payment (Please use PayPal or Venmo to send your payments and please identify which child(ren) you are paying for)

  • If you are filling out the camp Scholarship Application & $75 non-refundable deposit
        (completed in its entirety if applicable)

  • Types of hearing aid(s),
         cochlear implant device
         including model numbers

Don't forget! Any application that is submitted incomplete will NOT be processed. Please refer to the above checklist to assure all items are submitted with your registration.

$400 Flat Fee Per Camper (includes all fees and camp t-shirt). Payment MUST be submitted with your camper applications. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to submit a Camp Application to hold your camper’s spot. A deposit is not required, but you must pay in full by July 1st. If you pay in full with the camper application, you already have a spot

Multi-Child Discount

This discount is for families who are sending more than one child to camp.  The multi-child discount cannot be applied to those who receive a camp scholarship.  Please indicate this on your camper's application.  Please submit all children's applications at the same time.  The first child is charged the full cost, then $15 off for additional children
